Chocolate indulgence

Easier to make than 16 small ones but disappointingly difficult to eat... this extra large cupcake looks so inviting and delicious it makes it easy to forget it's the equivalent of sixteen of its little cousins. With a rich, moist decadent chocolate core, surrounded by creamy smooth butter icing - it's all together too much for one sitting.
